Jake Nannery

Born in the shadows of the Mountains of the Great Northwest, Jake has traveled the world, playing shows and campfires across the US, in Europe, and New Zealand. He's returned and settled in Snohomish County bringing with him his unique style of tireless wanderer, balladeer, and story teller.

When backed by his "Wooden Nickel Brass Band," his shows are lively, tight and all-inclusive. The group, who have been playing together off and on since 2007, gives every chart the right chemistry and composition to keep any crowd moving.

Jake and the band had a banner year in 2012 and 2013, with highlights including the Redmond Saturday Market, the Choochokum Arts Festival, and most recently winning Seattle Radio's Jammin' Challenge 2012, putting them on stage with Alan White of the band YES, John Popper, Lee Oskar, and members of Heart in Music Aid Northwest's "Play it Forward III" in January of 2013.

Jake and the boys will be recording their first full-length album at Contact-Create studios in Snohomish, with the inimitable Bubba Jones producing.
